We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that connect premium Microsoft talent with forward-thinking companies, helping to shape next-generation user experiences.

Key Responsibilities – Remote UI/UX Designer (Figma) at M365Connect

• Develop visually appealing, user-centered designs for both mobile apps and web platforms that engage and inspire users.
• Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams to design and implement UI/UX strategies that meet business objectives and client expectations.
• Carry out user research, testing, and iterate designs based on real-world feedback to enhance the user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX design and incorporate innovative ideas into design workflows.
• Translate complex technical specifications into clean, intuitive user interfaces that enhance usability.

Requirements

• Solid background in UI/UX design, ideally with experience in the tech industry or working with Microsoft technologies.
• Strong command of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or similar platforms.
