Job Objective

  • Deliver excellent and quality banking service to customers at the business office
  • Maintain effective communication with both new and existing customers for routine account management
  • Engage customers in cross-selling UBA’s products and services, including E-sales

Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Relations Management / Sales

  • Proactively enhance client satisfaction by building strong relationships and offering tailored solutions
  • Evaluate customers’ risk profiles, assess suitability, and ensure product fit via accurate call reports and KYC updates
  • Promote UBA’s E-banking products, onboard new users, and address any related concerns
  • Cross-sell the bank’s full range of products to deepen engagement and customer loyalty
  • Comply with regulatory obligations such as KYC and money laundering prevention protocols

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum of a B.Sc. in any relevant discipline
  • Age Limit: 27 years and below

Experience (Optional):

  • Prior exposure to banking operations is an advantage
  • Relevant background in retail customer support is preferred
    Bank account opening

Knowledge:

  • Good understanding of banking products and services
  • Awareness of operational, credit, and regulatory risks
  • Strong grasp of business development and client acquisition strategies
