Job Objective
- Deliver excellent and quality banking service to customers at the business office
- Maintain effective communication with both new and existing customers for routine account management
- Engage customers in cross-selling UBA’s products and services, including E-sales

Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Relations Management / Sales
- Proactively enhance client satisfaction by building strong relationships and offering tailored solutions
- Evaluate customers’ risk profiles, assess suitability, and ensure product fit via accurate call reports and KYC updates
- Promote UBA’s E-banking products, onboard new users, and address any related concerns
- Cross-sell the bank’s full range of products to deepen engagement and customer loyalty
- Comply with regulatory obligations such as KYC and money laundering prevention protocols
Financial consultation
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of a B.Sc. in any relevant discipline
- Age Limit: 27 years and below
Experience (Optional):
- Prior exposure to banking operations is an advantage
- Relevant background in retail customer support is preferred
Bank account opening
Knowledge:
- Good understanding of banking products and services
- Awareness of operational, credit, and regulatory risks
- Strong grasp of business development and client acquisition strategies
Financial consultation

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
