About the Programme
The 2025 FMN Engineering Graduate Trainee Programme, also known as The Exclusive Engineering Programme (TEEP), is tailored to groom future leaders in the engineering field.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the programme, candidates must:
- Hold a first degree in any Engineering discipline from a recognized university or polytechnic
- Have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- Possess 0–2 years of post-NYSC work experience
- Hold relevant professional qualifications or certifications (this is an added advantage)
