Job Title: People Operations Intern (NYSC)

Location: Oregun, Lagos

Summary

We are looking for an NYSC Intern to join our People Operations team. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration while developing key workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support the People Business Partner.
Support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
Participate in employee engagement activities.
Maintain and update employee records.
Assist with People Ops documentation and filing.
Partake in People Ops projects.
Provide general administrative support to the People Ops team.

Requirements

Currently serving (NYSC) in Lagos.
Resides in or near Ketu, Ojota, Maryland, or Ikeja.
Strong interest in Human Resources Management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a plus.
