Urgent Employment For Recruitment Support Intern

Position: Recruitment Support Intern (Remote)

Location: Fully Remote (Nigeria-based applicants preferred)

Type: Internship (Part-time or Full-time)

Duration: 3–6 months (with a chance to extend based on performance)

 

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and organized Recruitment Support Intern to join our team remotely. Your main job will be to help manage our daily recruitment activities — replying to emails, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates. If you’re someone who communicates well, pays attention to details, and wants to grow in the HR/recruitment space, this could be a great opportunity for you.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Manage and respond to emails from candidates and clients.

* Schedule interviews and send calendar invites.

* Follow up with candidates about their availability and interview feedback.

* Keep records of candidate updates and communication.

* Assist with writing and posting job ads.

* Help the team with basic candidate screening when needed.

 

What We’re Looking For:

* Good written and spoken communication skills.

* Very organized and can handle multiple tasks.

* Comfortable using Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, or Excel.

* Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

* A background or interest in HR/recruitment is a plus (not required).

* You must have a working laptop and steady internet.
