We are currently recruiting to fill the following positions:
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – South East
Locations: Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo & Rivers

Job Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for overseeing business development and sales operations across the Eastern region of Nigeria. This includes leading a team of sales representatives, crafting sales strategies, managing key client accounts, and coordinating with marketing and other departments to meet regional goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
- Manage and guide the regional sales team.
- Set clear KPIs and sales targets.
- Inspire, coach, and support team members to enhance productivity.
- Track team performance and conduct regular reviews.
- Facilitate team meetings to assess progress and resolve challenges.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Formulate regional sales plans aligned with corporate goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends for growth potential.
- Forecast sales and allocate resources accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with distributors, clients, and partners.
- Address client concerns and offer customized solutions.

Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor competitors and recommend strategic responses.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
- Use market insights to refine products and strategies.
Team Development and Recruitment:
- Support the hiring of regional sales staff.
- Deliver training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Streamline the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with the sales operations team to enhance tools and workflows.
- Ensure accurate reporting via CRM systems.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Align with marketing for joint sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability and delivery.
- Partner with finance to manage billing and credit.
KPIs:
- Regional sales target achievements.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in sales, including 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven success managing sales territories and achieving targets.
- Familiarity with the Eastern market dynamics.
Skills:
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication.
- Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
