We’re Looking for:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in inventory or store management.
• Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.

• Coordinate preboarding and onboarding activities for new pharmacy locations.
• Develop onboarding documents, checklists, and timelines.

• Prepare business documents, project plans, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation in a centralized system.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

You Should Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s or certification in Project Management is a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or support functions—preferably in the healthcare space.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in project and documentation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
