1. Job Title: Internal Control Associate
Location: Warri, Delta

Job Summary
As an Internal Control Associate, you will play a key role in strengthening our internal control systems. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, monitor, and enhance internal processes to minimize risks and safeguard company assets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic assessments of existing internal controls to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement internal control policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Investigate fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance cases.
- Provide training and guidance on internal control best practices.
- Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations on internal control findings for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Membership in professional bodies like ICAN or ACCA is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of internal control frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

2. Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO, ensuring that all tasks and schedules are efficiently managed, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the CEO’s office operations.
- Act as the CEO’s primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain schedules for management, executive committee, and strategy meetings.
- Ensure the CEO is updated on daily schedules at least 24 hours in advance.
