1. GTM Insights Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a GTM Insights Manager to enhance sales effectiveness through automation, compliance monitoring, and data-driven insights. This role is crucial for ensuring key sales performance indicators (KPIs) are met by leveraging data analytics to identify underperformance issues and implementing corrective measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate and optimize sales processes.
• Monitor call compliance and performance.
• Analyze sales performance and track key metrics.
• Provide real-time insights and performance reports.
• Identify sales trends and recommend data-driven strategies.
• Develop dashboards and reports for visibility into key metrics.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive accountability and boost performance.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales performance analysis, sales operations, or a similar role.
