Responsibilities
Queue Management / Reporting:
- Reviews work orders in the queue and efficiently manages moderately complex requests, ensuring adherence to commitment timelines.
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address customer tickets.

- Works directly with customers to resolve technical problems and provides recommendations based on experience.
Stakeholder & Customer Management:
- Monitors stock levels and proactively coordinates material needs with relevant teams.
- Provides escalated work order support and assists with alarm dispatch.
- Supports customers by managing access control and escorting services.
- Serves as the point of contact for moderately complex customer requests, exceptions, or escalations.
Projects & Training:
- Collaborates on various projects as directed.
- Assists with vendor coordination for IBX-related projects.
- Conducts quality assurance on new installations and deployments.
- Completes assigned training and may mentor junior team members.
