To assist and support the Laboratory Manager in the testing of samples and products to maintain good quality of products according to set standards.
The Job
To Label and receive samples for laboratory analysis.
To carry out testing of wheat flour samples for content of protein, moisture, ash, maltose and ascorbic acids, particle size and speck count in semolina and pasta products.
Perform local content analysis (Sorghum flour, Maize flour and Cassava Flour).
To carry out sanitation work on the Laboratory equipment and environment.
