Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Senior Front Desk Officer to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing mails, packages, and deliveries.

Answer and direct calls to the appropriate departments.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and boardroom.

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
