1. Channel Support Specialist

Location: Opebi, Ikeja – Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We seek a Channel Support Specialist passionate about driving financial inclusion in Africa. This role ensures payment transactions are processed accurately and promptly while resolving transaction-related issues and maintaining channel stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, support, and optimize payment systems for stability and reliability.

Investigate and resolve system downtime affecting payment channels.

Provide technical support for transaction-related issues.

Proactively monitor transactions and identify potential glitches.

Ensure seamless connectivity between payment channels and service providers.

Collaborate with the Product & Digital Innovation team to enhance user experience.

Analyze application logs and resolve identified failures.

2. HR Data Analytics Intern – NYSC
