We are expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to join us in the following roles:
1. Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
The Customer Success Manager will ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes using our app. This role involves building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and enhancing their experience to maximize the value of our services.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding:
Guide new customers through the onboarding process for a smooth experience.
Provide tailored training sessions and resources for effective service usage.
Relationship Management:
Act as the primary contact, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
Customer Support and Advocacy:
Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Advocate for customer needs by collaborating with internal teams.
Performance Monitoring:
Analyze customer engagement metrics and prepare performance reports.
Retention and Growth:
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Process Improvement:
Analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement and communicate insights to product teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
3–5 years of customer success or account management experience (preferably in fintech or tech).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Craft compelling copy that aligns with our brand message.
Social Media Management:
Manage and execute strategies for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Content Strategy:
Research industry trends and audience preferences to inform content strategies.
Audience Engagement:
Monitor and respond to social media interactions to foster community engagement.
SEO Optimization:
Enhance content visibility through effective SEO practices.
Performance Analysis:
Track and report on content performance using analytics tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
3–5 years of social media management or digital marketing experience (preferably in fintech).
Strong writing, editing, and creative skills.
Familiarity with SEO and social media management tools.

The Motion Graphic and Video Editor will create engaging motion graphics and video content to communicate our brand message effectively and elevate marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Motion Graphics Creation:
Produce a minimum of 5 motion graphics monthly for campaigns and brand initiatives.
Video Editing:
Edit and deliver at least 2 high-quality videos monthly, including tutorials and testimonials.
Storyboarding and Concept Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop storyboards and visual narratives.
Post-Production:
Handle color correction, sound design, and visual effects to deliver polished content.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related fields.
3–5 years of motion graphics and video editing experience (preferably in fintech).
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical expertise.
