Job Title: Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Shift Operator

Responsibilities

Regulate and control effluent flow through the plant by operating and adjusting pumps, motors, blowers, and other equipment to maintain optimal operations.

Mix and add treatment chemicals as per guidelines and ensure appropriate application.

Maintain and update plant operations logs, gauge readings, and reports during shifts.

Collect and document liquid and solid samples; perform routine water quality tests in coordination with the laboratory.

Assist in maintenance, including disassembly and repair of pumps, valves, flow meters, and other equipment.

Perform general facility maintenance such as oiling, greasing, and cleaning of equipment.

Identify and mitigate aspects of departmental activities that may impact the environment adversely.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the facility at all times.

Job Details

Collect product samples from production lines for quality analysis.

Operate equipment using SCADA to maintain consistent production aligned with detailed plans.

Maintain production tank levels and ensure accurate readings during operations.

Perform routine equipment checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and replace filters as per operational schedules.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP, QMS, and Food Safety standards.

Monitor and document operational parameters and chemical usage.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to AIB, QMS, and EMS policies.
