Key Responsibilities
Develop and update production plans based on customer orders, adjusting schedules to meet demand changes.
Coordinate with the sales team to understand order requirements and deadlines.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to align with production needs.
Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, machinery, and materials.
Analyze data to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications
