Objectives:

The Import Documentation Officer specializes in implementing cost-effective import documentation processes to ensure the timely clearance of items from ports or border entries, in compliance with the company’s import policies and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage a system that tracks cargo arrivals, pre-alerts, and ship berthing schedules.

Provide daily reports on the statuses of the clearing processes for imported items.
