Job Summary
We seek a hands-on Operations Manager with expertise in diesel and gas power solutions and a proven track record in managing and coordinating engineering projects. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence and ensure successful service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
Manage daily operations of facility management, power systems (diesel and gas generators), and solar installations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
Project Coordination:
Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
Technical Expertise:
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for diesel and gas generator systems.
Lead maintenance and repair activities to optimize equipment performance.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing concerns professionally.
Ensure exceptional service delivery aligned with client expectations.
Team Management:
Supervise and mentor operations staff, technicians, and project teams.
Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training programs.
Resource Optimization:
Manage resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Develop strategies to enhance profitability and streamline operations.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare operational reports and updates for senior management.
Analyze performance metrics to identify and implement improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; relevant certifications in project or facility management are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in operations management within the engineering sector, particularly with diesel and gas power solutions.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of generator systems, maintenance, and solar energy solutions.
Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Other: Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
What We Offer
Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 per month.

2. Job Title: Facility Officer
Location: Nigeria

Job Summary
The Facility Officer will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the facility, ensuring a safe, efficient, and pleasant environment for occupants.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and inspections.
