HR certification is mandatory.

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and reliable Haulage Drivers for interstate operations to transport goods efficiently and safely, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining vehicle conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Delivery: Operate a 5-tonne truck and ensure timely delivery.

Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, report mechanical issues, and maintain cleanliness.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of trips and delivery reports.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience driving a 5-tonne truck.

Knowledge of interstate routes and basic vehicle maintenance.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: N120,000 per month.

Daily Allowance: N7,000 per trip day.

Performance Incentives:

Minimum trip target: N80,000/month.

Additional trips (5-10): N8,000 per trip.

Accident-free trips: N50,000 monthly.

No vehicle damage incentive: N50,000 for every 10 trips within 60 days.

Driver of the Month Award: N40,000.
