Job Overview

Our client is looking for a seasoned Business Manager with a solid reputation for quality and innovation.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the business, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Manage inventory levels, procurement, and logistics to enhance supply chain operations.
Hands-on experience in food handling.
Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reporting for the company.
Implement cost-control measures and revenue enhancement strategies to achieve financial targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers.
Explore new product lines or service offerings to stay ahead in the market.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, and creativity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to improve product offerings and pricing strategies.
Qualifications

#BSc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
3 years + experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
#Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
#Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
#Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
#Knowledge of business planning, strategy development, and execution.
