About the Role: Content & SEO Specialist at Pryme Financials Ltd
Pryme Financials Ltd. is looking for a skilled and creative Content & SEO Specialist to lead content creation and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.
Reporting to the Digital Growth Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and executing a holistic content strategy that drives organic traffic, enhances search visibility, and increases user engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, expert in SEO, and a compelling writer who can deliver high-quality content aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Development
- Design and implement a content strategy aligned with Pryme’s growth objectives and brand voice.
- Oversee the production of blogs, web copy, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Digital Growth and Marketing teams to ensure content supports wider campaigns.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely execution of initiatives.
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development of SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and increase relevant traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Stay informed on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry standards to refine strategies.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Content Creation & Optimization
- Write high-quality, SEO-optimized content tailored to Pryme’s target audience.
- Ensure effective use of keywords, internal linking, meta tags, and alt text.
- Collaborate with Design and Development teams to ensure SEO-friendly UX and site speed.
- Update and repurpose existing content to maintain relevance and SEO value.
Content Marketing & Distribution
- Distribute content across channels including the website, blog, social media, and newsletters.
- Develop strategies to repurpose content for broader reach and engagement.
- Align messaging with Social Media, Email, and Performance Marketing efforts.
Link Building & Outreach
- Execute off-page SEO strategies by building high-quality backlinks via outreach and partnerships.
- Cultivate relationships with bloggers, influencers, and industry figures.
- Audit backlink profiles, remove harmful links, and ensure ethical SEO practices.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track content performance metrics such as bounce rate, time on page, conversions, and organic traffic.
- Deliver regular reports to the Digital Growth Manager on SEO and content impact.
- Use insights to improve content strategy and organic performance.
Collaboration & Cross-Team Coordination
- Work closely with Digital Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align efforts.
- Coordinate with UX/UI and Web Development to ensure optimized content structure and design.
- Maintain content alignment with brand tone, messaging, and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing and SEO with measurable results.
- Proficient in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
- Excellent writing/editing skills with experience producing SEO-optimized content.
- Proven experience with keyword research, link-building, and SEO implementation.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (especially WordPress) and basic HTML knowledge.
- Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
- Experience in managing content calendars and performance metrics.
- Experience in fintech or financial services is a strong plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in SEO or content marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) are advantageous.
