About the SEEDINVEST Acceleration Program
The Biodun and Ibikunle Foundation is at the forefront of this revolution through its flagship initiative — the SEEDINVEST Acceleration Program.
This program is specifically tailored to support Nigerian MSMEs by offering:
- Asset-based grants
- Comprehensive entrepreneurial training
- Customized advisory and mentorship services

Through SEEDINVEST, we envision a future where successful small businesses help drive poverty reduction, job creation, and improved livelihoods throughout Nigeria and Africa.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the SEEDINVEST Acceleration Program, businesses must meet the following requirements:
- Be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Have been operating for at least six (6) months
- Possess a 5-year business plan
- Hold an active business account with a Nigerian commercial bank
- Provide a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Present relevant product certification(s) (where applicable)
- Have a verifiable business address
