We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

  • We are looking for an accountant for our office in Abuja who will prepare financial reports to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, taxation reports and other related activities that will assist the organization in finance management and effective use of resources. The pay is 100,000 naira monthly.

Job Description

  • Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
  • Reconcile bank accounts at least once a month, verify payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensure payments are charged to the correct accounts.
  • File required tax forms with federal and state government agencies accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the accounting software system and recommend updates to improve the accounting software.
  • Monitor and maintain the tax filing calendar to ensure that all required tax filings are submitted timely and accurately.
  • Develop, implement and maintain tax compliance policies and procedures for the company.
  • Review and reconcile tax accounts and resolve tax issues with tax authorities as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and assess the impact of these changes.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration and any other related field.
  • Must reside in Abuja, FCT
  • Professional Certification is a must. ICAN, CPA, etc.
  • Experience in tax accounting, planning, compliance, and research.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Sound knowledge of general accounting software.
  • In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

Salary
N100,000 monthly.

Job Title: Operations Assistant

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

  • We are looking for an Operations Assistant for our office in Abuja who will be responsible for supporting the operations team in regard to the services we render at our company.

Job Description

  • Conduct inspection at clients’ premises for potential infestation.
  • Perform pest control tasks.
  • Ensure the safe operation of pest control equipment and use of chemicals.
  • Pack, wrap, label, unpack and deliver possessions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • SSCE or equivalent preferred
  • Must reside in Abuja, FCT.
  • Must be teachable and willing to learn.
  • Must possess physical stamina to handle equipment or possessions.
  • Ability to drive is a plus.

Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as well as employees of the organisation.
  • Inspect equipment and materials before the operations team leaves the premises for any job.
  • Collect reports from the Operations team and forward them to the right quarters.
  • Ensure the office is always provided with necessary supplies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • SSCE or equivalent preferred.
  • Must reside in Abuja, FCT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Salary
N40,000 Monthly.
