Responsibilities
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions by offering personalized fashion advice and recommendations.
- Ensure the store’s visual appeal by maintaining attractive displays and keeping merchandise well-organized.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Provide detailed product information, including care instructions and styling tips.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and assist with stock management.
- Address customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally.
- Support promotional activities and events to drive sales.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff.
Qualifications
- Gender: Female
- Education: B.Sc, OND, or HND in a relevant field.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Smart, quick-thinking, and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Remuneration
₦90,000 – ₦100,000 per month.
